What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone and email Present and sell service offerings to both existing and prospective customers Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Process and manage customer orders accurately Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and service Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction Develop strong knowledge of services and offerings

What We're Looking For Required Strong interest in client service and relationship building Excellent communication skills Problem-solving mindset Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Team-oriented approach Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and productivity tools Preferred Prior customer service or sales experience High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with local market or construction-related environments is a plus
