We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Wholesale Market Making (WMM) Engineering team. This role will involve building trading systems and research infrastructure for a market‑making business that provides liquidity to retail brokerages, working at the intersection of high‑performance engineering and quantitative finance. This is a high‑impact opportunity on a small, focused team with clear and measurable outcomes, where the engineer will help shape a modern trading platform from the ground up while collaborating daily with top‑tier researchers and traders. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
