OVERVIEW Join an established neighborhood primary care/geriatric clinic, using a value based care model, to ensure patients are seen & heard year round preventing complications from multiple chronic conditions.ROLE Manage other Physicians while maintaining a small patient panel of 100 Monday thru Friday, 7:30a- 5p; NO WEEKENDS + Protected Admin Time Average 3-5 Physicians per clinic Local & Regional Travel Care team: Scribe, MA, Social Worker; Onsite Lab & PharmacyPACKAGESalary $300kQuality Bonus annuallyPartnership Option with Zero Buy In6 weeks PTO including holidays & CMEMalpractice, Medical, Vision, Dental & Life CoveragesRetirement Plan + match, CME & if needed Relocation AssistanceTop of Industry Training & Education
