What You'll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients professionally and courteously
• Welcome and direct visitors
• Process administrative tasks and documentation
• Provide clerical support to insurance professionals
• Maintain accurate records and assist with day-to-day office operations
• Support client service initiatives and help ensure an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred
