Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – $28/hr + $350 Bonus | Part-Time Days | Tucson, AZ
Pay: $28/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–3:00 PM (20 hours/week)
Location: Tucson, AZ 85723 (home and community settings)
Start at $28/hr and earn a $350 bonus after 90 days. You still get paid when families cancel, so your income stays steadier. Working toward your BCBA? Your fieldwork supervision hours are paid too.

What you'll do
- Work one-on-one with children, using play and positive reinforcement to build communication, social, and everyday living skills
- Follow each child's treatment plan with guidance and regular supervision from a BCBA
- Help reduce challenging behaviors by teaching safer, more effective alternatives
- Track progress with accurate data collection and write a session note after each session
- Partner with families so the skills carry over at home
What you need
- Current RBT credential through the BACB, maintained throughout employment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Coursework in psychology, education, social work, or a related field is a plus
