Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to every guest
  • Accurately operate POS/cash register and handle transactions
  • Prepare and serve menu items according to Charleys’ quality, taste, and presentation standards
  • Work multiple stations as needed (cashier, grill, prep, toppings, etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and equipment
  • Follow all food safety, health, and company procedures
  • Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to work around hot surfaces, grills, and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to bend, reach, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Availability

  • Immediate opening for a team member primarily available for opening shifts
  • Morning availability is strongly preferred
  • Flexible scheduling may be available based on business needs
  • Must be available to work some weekends, holidays, and peak business hours as needed
