THE ROLE

The Steward supports food and beverage operations by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across kitchens, concessions, and service areas.

Essential Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain sanitation standards throughout work areas.
• Remove trash and recycling.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Organize storage areas and inventory supplies.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior stewarding or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a part-time, event-based role based at Pechanga Arena San Diego.

COMPENSATION

This position's compensation is $21.95 per hour, not including tips.
