As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors while responding to security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.60 / Hour Job Schedule Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel. Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while communicating professionally with property management, tenants, and first responders. Minimum Requirements: A Guard Card/License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
