Your Responsibilities

* Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for detailed interviews

* Follow up with candidates to reassure their interest and guide them through the hiring process

* Keep thorough and accurate records in our applicant tracking system

* Generate commission based on set meetings, successful interviews, and hires stemming from your leads
