Sit-Down Forklift Operator (7am-4:30pm)

We are looking for a precision-focused Roll-Clamp & Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join a specialized, small-team environment in South Richmond. This isn't your typical high-volume, revolving-door warehouse. This is a role for an independent professional who takes pride in their "hands-on"expertise and can manage their workflow without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertly operate a Roll-Clamp forklift to move, stack, and stage large paper/cylindrical rolls with zero damage.

• Utilize a Sit-Down forklift for standard palletized freight and loading/unloading.

• Manage inventory flow independently, ensuring the right materials reach the line at the right time.

• Maintain a high standard of safety and equipment care in a focused workspace.

Required Experience & Skills

• The "Must-Haves": At least 5 years of experience operating Sit-Down forklifts. Roll clamp experience is preferred but not required.

• Experience: Ideally 5+ years of equipment operation.

• Independence: Proven ability to work without a micromanager; you know the job, and you get it done.

• Reliability: Since this is a small team, showing up on time every day is critical to the operation.
