We're looking for a driven sales professional to take ownership of the territory, strengthen contractor and dealer relationships, and accelerate growth across Naperville and the western suburbs. This is not a start-from-scratch territory. You'll have an established market, strong brand recognition, and the support to make an immediate impact.

Techo-Bloc designs and manufactures premium hardscape products known for quality, innovation, and designgiving our sales team a product they can confidently stand behind.

Job Description

What You'll Do

• Own and execute a territory growth strategy
• Build and grow relationships with contractors, dealers, and industry partners
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts
• Drive demand through our dealer network
• Support dealer merchandising, displays, training, and events
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows and industry events
• Use CRM and data to manage your pipeline and prioritize opportunities

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Proven B2B field sales experience; hardscape, landscaping, building materials, or dealer-network experience is an asset
• Strong track record of building relationships and growing revenue
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable owning a territory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable using CRM and sales technology
• Valid driver's license and willingness to be in the field with customers
