The Account Strategy team at Walmart Connect leads the development and execution of omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client objectives. This team transforms marketing goals into actionable media strategies, ensuring effective delivery and optimization. Collaborating across departments, they provide strategic insights and manage client communications to drive campaign success and revenue growth. Leveraging data analysis and customer insights, the team recommends enhancements to maximize outcomes. What you'll do:

• Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client marketing objectives.
• Translate client goals into actionable media strategies using Walmart Connect’s platforms.
• Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and optimization to meet key performance indicators.
• Analyze campaign data and digital metrics to generate insights for continuous improvement.
• Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and client onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure campaign success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients and leadership.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in developing and executing omnichannel advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong proficiency in media strategy, campaign management, and digital marketing techniques.
• Ability to analyze campaign data using key digital metrics such as CPM, ROAS, and CTR to optimize performance.
• Skilled in building and maintaining client and partner relationships with a consultative approach.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and analytics teams to drive campaign success.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring team members and supporting continuous learning and development.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
