CAs tend to lead the huddlesDocument care accurately and efficiently with support from quality-based coders.Participate in on-call rotation and support growth initiatives at your center.Ensure compliance with all licensing and accreditation requirements.What We're Looking ForRequired:Master's Degree in Nursing or completion of a PA program with board certification.Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice.Minimum of 1 year NP or PA experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for value-based care and integrated team-based models.Basic computer proficiency (EMR, email, etc).Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + annual bonusHealth insurance effective Day 1401(k) with employer matchCME allowance + dedicated CME timeOccurrence-based malpractice coverageLife & disability insuranceGenerous PTO & paid holidaysMinimal call responsibilitiesScheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $123,800 - $170,300 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
