The Flatbush YMCA is seeking a New Americans Initiative (NAI) Coordinator who will support strategy, implementation, fidelity, and quality of its programs. You will provide trauma-informed case management, document referrals and outcomes, and ensure eligibility adherence per funder standards. You'll help recruit, register, orient participants, maintain data in government and internal databases, and assist with reporting to government and private funders. #J-18808-Ljbffr YMCA
