Property Manager Sage Ventures is a full-service vertically integrated residential development and investment firm. As a collaboratively run corporation, we develop, own, rehabilitate, sell, and manage exceptional properties throughout the greater Baltimore/Washington region. Position Summary:
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing site employees, daily operations, and increasing the overall value of the asset. This includes timely implementation of policies and procedures. Essential Functions:

- Employee Management of Assistant Manager, Leasing, and Maintenance Teams
- Hold staff accountable for all responsibilities
- Hire and develop team
- Create schedules
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Implement realistic and attainable goals
- Lead and motivate team to ensure goals are achieved
- Creation and oversight of budget
- Timely reporting and communication with Regional Manager
- Oversight of all third-party inspections
- Oversight of renovation projects
- Other duties as necessary in-order-to maintain the property and to meet resident needs.
- Serve as backup for any roles at the property, as needed
- Minimum two years of property management experience required
- Experience with leasing
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office, YARDI or other property management software
