Location: NewYork, NY Responsibilities Develop project scope and objectives Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value. Provide thought partnership and support to the project team. Conduct complex problem‑solving through a hypothesis‑based approach. Complete primary and secondary research to drive to critical insights. Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision‑making. Position will supervise 4 to 5 subordinates in positions of Analyst, Senior Analyst, Consultant, Senior Consultant. Qualifications Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Neuroscience, Biology, Pre‑med, Biotechnology, or a related field. Requires 3 years of experience with leading all aspects of a project with limited oversight. Requires 2 years of experience with project management and raising issues to leadership early, designing impactful internal and external agendas and meeting cadence. Requires 1 year of experience managing 2–3 variable projects at a time, elevating quality, clarity and simplicity of team output with early and clear direction, hypothesis‑based thinking, simplification of storylines, impact of visuals, and pithiness of writing, creating positive experiences for teams and investing in a relationship within and outside of the project setting.
