Position Summary

We are hiring an Electronic Assembler for a manufacturing facility in St. Charles. This role involves assembling electronic components and products according to work instructions, checking completed work for quality, and supporting safe, accurate production.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and products using work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Use hand tools and assembly equipment as trained.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for defects, correct placement, and workmanship.
• Record production information and report quality or material issues to a supervisor.
• Handle components carefully and follow applicable electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous electronic assembly or related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform precise, repetitive work.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to read basic assembly drawings or diagrams is helpful.
• Soldering experience is a plus, if applicable to the assignment.
