Prepare all pizzas and station recipes in a timely manner. Operate the “Dough‑Pro” machine as a station expert. Support the line‑checks process and complete prep paperwork each shift. Prepare necessary items for the station as needed. Teach and practice safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment. Maintain proper equipment temperature and execute station opening/closing along with side‑work duties. Qualifications Three to six months of related experience or training. Strong commitment to food safety and quality standards. Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
