What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting legal research and drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Managing discovery, including drafting and responding to requests
• Taking and defending depositions
• Assisting with trial preparation and courtroom appearances
• Advising clients on business and legal matters
• Participating in transactional work, if desired
• Building relationships with clients and contributing to the firm's continued success

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with depositions and discovery practice
• Trial experience or meaningful trial exposure preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
• Desire to build a long-term career with a partnership goal
• Interest in expanding into transactional matters is a plus
