Job Title: Law Clerk | up-to 50k base + bonus + 100%-paid benefits Job Location: Lakewood, CO I’m partnering with a growing Colorado law firm focused on HOA and community association law that is looking to add an HOA / Debt Recovery Law Clerk to its team in Lakewood. This is a great opportunity for a junior legal professional who enjoys court filings, legal document processing, and keeping matters moving in a structured, fast-paced environment. [medical insurance] [dental insurance] [vision insurance] [401(k) retirement plan] [life insurance] [long-term disability insurance] [short-term disability insurance] [2 to 3 weeks of paid time off] What You'll Do: Prepare and process legal documents related to HOA debt recovery matters E-file documents with state courts and ensure filings are properly processed Monitor filing status and follow up on pending or outstanding itemsCommunicate with courts regarding filings, documentation, and procedural requirements Track deadlines and ensure documents are submitted accurately and on time Assist attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day debt recovery matters Maintain organized case files and documentation Handle a high volume of matters while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail What We're Looking For: 1+ year of legal experience preferred Experience with e-filing and court processing Comfortable working with legal documents and court systems Strong organizational and follow-up skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple matters Comfortable working in a high-volume environment HOA, collections, creditor rights, real estate, or litigation experience is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$40,000 – $50,000 annually].
