General Manager OpportunityYour local Culver's is looking for a General Manager!Qualifications:Must be able to travel out of state for trainingExcited to come to work!Can do attitudeEnjoys going the extra mile for the teamPositive leadershipStrong communication and organization skillsAbility to work nights and weekendsAbility to work holidays as neededMust be able to stand constantly and lift/carry 21-50 lbs. frequently and lift/carry 50+ lbs. occasionallyEducation/Experience Requirements:Associates Degree or higher preferredServSafe (national) & locally food safety program certified (must pass/complete before start date)Minimum 1-2 years restaurant experience preferredResponsibilities:Leads restaurant team by providing guidance, direction and opportunity to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver's leaves happyRun shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest serviceSupport the development of a high performing team, leading as a coach and mentor and develops the management skills of the management teamEnsure the preparation and review of daily summary report to ensure cash register accuracy, maintain controllable costs based on system averages, maintain and control product inventoryEnsures completion and daily follow-up of weekly schedule and daily deployment based on budget forecasts to meet system labor percentagesEnsures the completion and documentation of food temperatures and product rotation as described in the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist and Product Rotation ReportOversees effective training and demonstration of food safety practicesMaintains safety standards for team members and guestsEnsures product quality and portion control to meet system standardsSupervises the hiring and orientation of all team membersSupervises the initial, as well as the ongoing training and development of all team members according to proceduresEnsures restaurant compliance with Federal and State labor lawsCoordinates and implements restaurant policies to be followed by each team member and ensures policies are consistently enforcedSchedules and organizes team and management meetingsSupervises to ensure guests consistently receive quality product in a timely manner to meet service time requirementsEnsures the proper maintenance of equipment and repairs, cleaning, organization maintenance and follow-up of restaurant and groundsDemonstrates positive and effective role modeling for all team members through appearance and attitudeRoutinely checks emails and Culver's communications HUB and response as necessaryEnsures accurate implementation of new products and proceduresEnsures office, files and restaurant postings are maintained correctly, according to federal, state and system standardsDevelops and maintains a relationship within the community as a partner in local marketing eventsCompensation:Compensation is commensurate with person's qualificationsWork schedule:8 hour shift10 hour shiftWeekend availabilityMonday to FridayDay shiftNight shiftOvertime12 hour shiftHolidaysOn callSupplemental pay:Bonus payBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid time offHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee discountPaid training
