Job Summary

Summary: Direct and oversee daily restaurant and bar operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient team performance, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Supervise Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff while supporting private events and maintaining a positive dining experience for guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support FOH and BOH team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist with training and coaching to maintain service and operational standards.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, recognize outstanding performance, and address performance concerns as needed.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by responding to questions, concerns, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of private events, banquets, and special functions.
• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure effective communication and quality service delivery.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring supplies are stocked and available for daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations and enhance the overall guest experience.
