ISC Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift (Finance) You will report directly to our Production Manager and you'll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on an On-site work schedule. Are you ready to help us? You will be the supervisor with primary responsibility on 2nd shift (Mon thru Fri) for the Plymouth, MN Assembly Team. You will be the primary support and the first escalation point of contact when needed. You will be responsible for leading the 1st shift Tiered Operating Systems (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, & Productivity) across the Navigation and Sensors Assembly areas. You will work closely with Assembly Operations Manager and other functional teams to create and execute the strategic goals for the areas of responsibility. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and oversee second shift production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards. Lead, coach, and develop production team members to enhance performance and engagement. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures and standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and supply chain to resolve production issues. Job Posting Date: August 6, 2026. The annual base salary range for this position is $78,600.00 - $88,450.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE High School Diploma or GED 2 years in Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and quality control. Experience with safety compliance and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Proficiency in using production management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. WE VALUE Associate's/Bachelor's Degree Excellent organizational and some relevant leadership experience Green Belt Trained or Certified Ability to work across multiple teams/functions Efficient with SAP software Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment Conveys information with clarity and directness Computer literacy Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done Experience in Integrated Supply Chain or related industrial sectors. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive operational excellence. Good knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
