Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing) All Shifts We are partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented food manufacturing organization to identify several high-potential Production Supervisors to join a large-scale, multi-line production facility in the Midwest. We are seeking individuals who: Bring energy, accountability, and leadership presence Thrive in metrics-driven, high-volume environments Have demonstrated career progression early in their careers Are motivated to develop teams and drive performance Key Responsibilities Lead frontline production teams in a high-speed, multi-line manufacturing environment Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency metrics Act as a hands-on leader on the floor, staying close to operations Coach and develop employees to build capability and accountability Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, and maintenance Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture What We're Looking For Experience Early to mid-career leadership experience in manufacturing (food & beverage strongly preferred) Background in large CPG or food manufacturing companies Demonstrated career progression (promotions, increased scope) Exposure to high-volume production and KPI-driven environments Leadership Profile Seen as a high-potential leader within current organization Brings positive energy and strong communication skills Trusted by both leadership and frontline teams Track record of going above and beyond expectations Comfortable in a hands-on, floor-based leadership role Additional Post-secondary education preferred Bilingual (Spanish/Hmong or other) is a plus Willingness to relocate within the Midwest (relocation support provided) Why This Role Join a growing, well-invested manufacturing operation High visibility with clear advancement potential Strong focus on people development and operational excellence Compensation 80K-90K + bonus + relocation support Confidential Search.
