Senior Associate, Product Management – Athena Data Model Lead Athena is the comprehensive source of truth for our Card servicing policies and procedures, managed centrally and leveraged by AI, agents, and customer‑facing content channels. This role leads the Athena data models that structure 20+ content types for creation and distribution. About the Team Athena product team works with analysts, content authors, designers, technologists, risk managers, and product managers to build the user manual for AI. Ideal Candidate Excited by evolving technologies like generative AI (e.g., providing content for GenAI conversational assistant Customer Assist). A platform evangelist and human‑centered builder who meets authors’ needs while scaling across thousands of servicing policies, tasks, and intents. At least 1 year of product management experience or in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer‑facing digital products. 1+ years building core product platforms that power digital experiences. 1+ years working as a product owner in an agile cross‑functional team.
