Supply Planning Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in supply chain and procurement services, is seeking a Supply Planning Coordinator to join their team. As a Supply Planning Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting procurement and vendor management teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Planning Coordinator

Location: Lawrence, MA

Pay Range: $25

Shift: Monday to Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm or 7:30am-4:30pm

*** Important: This is a temporary position, with the possibility to become Temp-to-Perm

What's the Job?

• Manage vendor confirmations to ensure accurate receipt and confirmation of purchase orders
• Follow up on open purchase orders or lines that are past their due date
• Collaborate with warehouses to resolve receiving discrepancies
• Work with accounts payable to resolve vendor invoice discrepancies (APDs)
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors to expedite late POs and improve delivery timelines

What's Needed?

• 1-3 years of related job experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills
