Job Overview Caisson Real Estate is a boutique commercial real estate firm located in San Antonio and Houston, TX, specializing in tenant representation and commercial investment properties across retail, office, and industrial assets. Responsibilities Tenant relations and rent collection for property located near the Galleria. Supervision of maintenance staff, contractors, and support teams. Construction and capital project management. Overall profitability and financial management of the property. After‑hours and emergency on‑call coverage. Delivery of monthly rent, late, and other notices on a regular schedule. Managing accounts payable and receivable. Coordinating tenant renovations and maintenance requests. Organizing property‑management staff and assistants. Ensuring high‑quality guest experience through clear communication and policy enforcement. Qualifications Five or more years of property‑management experience; bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong leadership and staff‑supervision skills. Ability to coordinate maintenance schedules and tenant improvements. Experience managing construction and capital projects. Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities. Proficiency in computer use, general office skills, and bookkeeping. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities. Effective interpersonal skills with prospects, tenants, peers, and management. Additional Qualifications General office and bookkeeping skills.
