Clean Harbors in Breslau, ON is currently looking for a Licensed or 3rd Year Apprentice Heavy Duty Mechanic (Truck and Coach Technician 310T) to join our team. - Complete and follow all Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHAs) and Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs).
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on light & heavy-duty vehicles and various types of equipment.
- Communicate equipment servicing needs as required with Supervisor.
- Complete warranty information.
- Disassemble, inspect, and replace worn, damaged, or defective components as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through regular housekeeping activities.
- Complete required documentation and daily samsara logs in an accurate and timely manner.
- Licensed/Journeyman or 3rd Apprentice Heavy Duty Mechanic (310T License).
- 3+ years' experience working as a Heavy Equipment Technician/Mechanic.
- Previous experience working with Hydraulics is an asset.
- Previous experience working on Class 8 trucks and tankers trailers is an asset.
- Ability to use (J Pro) diagnostic software.
- Class G Driver's License required.
