Pay: $33–$40/hour (DOE)
Status: Full Time & Part Time
Shifts : 12 Hour Shifts (8 am to 8 pm)
Department: Wellness/Nursing
Position Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to assisted living residents, ensuring safe, compassionate, and person-centered care. This role works closely with the Wellness team to support residents’ health needs and daily well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per state regulations
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Provide direct nursing care, including wound care and vital signs
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control standards
- Ensure compliance with community policies and quality standards
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active LPN license in the state of employment
- Current CPR certification
- Senior care or healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
