Operations Manager - Home Care Caring Senior Service of Essex County, NJ West Orange, NJ | Full-Time $50,000-$55,000/year Make a Difference in Senior Care Caring Senior Service is looking for a reliable, organized, and people-focused Operations Manager to help keep our home care services running smoothly. You’ll support caregivers, coordinate schedules, assist clients and families, and help ensure seniors receive dependable, compassionate care. What You'll Do Coordinate caregiver schedules and daily operations Handle call-offs, schedule changes, and urgent needs Recruit, interview, onboard, and support caregivers Help resolve client and family concerns Support caregiver engagement and team morale Assist with training, compliance, and service quality Work closely with office leadership to improve operations What We're Looking For 5+ years of leadership, operations, scheduling, staffing, or management experience Healthcare or home care experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle Dependable, positive, and team-oriented Schedule Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Rotating evening/weekend on-call support Office-based in West Orange, NJ Why Join Us?
