Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for an acute care hospital setting. The therapist will provide care to patients of all ages and diagnoses. The therapy department includes outpatients, inpatients, and skilled nursing facility patients. Specialties may include wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatric therapy. Candidates must be able to adapt to various patient needs and float within departments as necessary. Skills in areas such as assessment, gait training, and pain assessment are required. The ideal candidate will have experience with a diverse patient population, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Therapists will be expected to maintain thorough documentation and follow care plans. This position offers opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment. Housing will be provided for the duration of the assignment. Pets are not allowed in the provided housing. Travelers must clean the housing unit upon departure to avoid additional fees. Candidates are required to commit to working during holiday periods as specified. References covering the last year of employment will be required prior to start. Flexible scheduling may be necessary depending on patient care needs.
