Main St. Canton, IL 61520 Phone: View phone number on click.appcast.io Office Hours Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm 16-24 hours per week – (must be able to work on Friday) Role Requirements: Administrative Support: Strong ability to work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives. Client Service: Provide professional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, as well as in-person. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional client experience. Account Management: Ability to learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers, following up on transactions and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Assist the Financial Advisor by preparing documentation and maintaining accurate client records. Technology: Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Microsoft Office products and other firm-provided software.
