Your Role as Director of Admissions
- Guide prospective residents and their families through the admission process with care and clarity.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth transitions for new community members.
- Be the face and voice of our brand, embodying our values as Director of Admissions.
- Use data, feedback, and your personal touch to continuously improve the admissions experience.
- Ensure every admission feels like a warm, heartfelt welcome.
Our Ideal Director of Admissions
- Brings solid admissions or related experience—this is a must!
- Blends professionalism with genuine warmth and empathy.
- Has a proactive mindset, always seeking ways to enhance the community’s experience.
- Holds at least 2 years of healthcare admissions or marketing experience.
- Possesses long-term care experience.
- Is knowledgeable in Medicare, third-party billing, and medical terminology.
- Communicates confidently with physicians and caregivers regarding clinical evaluations.
