Our client, a leading banking organization, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer to join a growing team delivering innovative Customer Service Management solutions. If you’re passionate about designing and developing ServiceNow CSM applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality enterprise solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure solutions within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) platform.
- Build and customize workflows, integrations, and automations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performing applications following ServiceNow best practices.
- Support testing, deployments, and ongoing platform enhancements.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Skillset
- Proven experience developing within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with integrations and platform customization.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
