We believe that, together, we can create a brighter, more sustainable future while tackling the most pressing challenges of the 21st century.  We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partnerto join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.  This role will report to our Senior Director, Human Resourcesand based in San Jose, CA.  This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week.  We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to align people strategies with business objectives. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing both strategic and operational support across employee relations, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, engagement, and organizational development.The ideal candidate will operate at a leadership level and serve as a fully integrated member of the management team. This person must balance employee advocacy with business leadership while driving initiatives that support the overall HR strategy, the company’s strategic priorities, and BE’s culture and core values.Key Responsibilities:Partner with department leaders to develop and implement Strategies that support business objectivesProvide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.Support talent acquisitions efforts including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding,Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to recommend improvmenets and solutionsManage employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policiesAssist with performance review process, goals setting and succession planningCollaborate with leadership on organizational design and changes management initiativesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsSupport compensation and benefits programs and provide recommendations on market competitivenessPromote employee engagement, inclusion, and retention initiativesFacilitate training and professional development programsSkills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration10+ plus years of progressive HR experienceDemonstrate the ability to coach, lead and develop organizationsDemonstrated success in a dynamic, frequently changing, and geographically dispersed environmentExcellent interpersonal communications, and conflict resolution skillsExperience managing complex employee relations, federal & state laws, & dispute resolutionGood knowledge of compensation planning, modeling and analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with HRIS systems preferably Workday and Microsoft office suiteBloom Energy is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
