IT Project Coordinator

Seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator for a fully remote 12-month contract, who will manage project execution, internal collaboration, and client communication to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables while utilizing MS Excel for reporting and documentation. Key responsibilities: Meet project requirements by coordinating with operational teams and managing deadlines, client status reporting, and communications Collaborate with internal operational groups throughout project lifecycles to ensure alignment with project objectives Respond to client communications and feedback, providing timely updates and supporting project management efforts Required qualifications: 1+ year of experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience preferred Proficiency in Excel (including v-lookups, formatting, and data analysis) and MS Word Collaborative team player eager to learn new processes and skills Project coordination and legal background is a plus
