Compensation: $135,000 $150,000+, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 7:30 AM 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM 12:00 PM

We are seeking an ambitious, personable, and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who enjoys connecting with patients and wants to grow alongside a respected team of medical providers. Vascular or wound-care experience is highly valued but not required we are prepared to train the right clinician who is eager to learn and passionate about improving patients health and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with venous insufficiency, arterial disease, dermopathies, lipedema, and lymphedema
• Conduct comprehensive histories, physical examinations, and clinical assessments
• Review ultrasound studies and clearly communicate findings to patients
• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage medications according to established clinical protocols
• Educate patients throughout their treatment journey
• Assist physicians with office-based procedures and complex patient management
• Coordinate care with physicians, clinical staff, referral partners, and DME providers
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Support and help lead clinical staff while advancing the practice s mission

Required Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Texas
• Active Medicare and Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll
• Current BLS or ACLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient-engagement skills
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Genuine interest in learning vascular, wound, and lymphatic care
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of vascular, vein, lymphatic, or wound-care experience
• Previous private-practice or outpatient clinical experience
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
• Spanish fluency
• New graduates with strong clinical potential are encouraged to apply

Compensation and Benefits
