Experience: 2+ years ICU experience, EPIC experience required

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized care for adult ICU patients, including trauma, stroke, hemorrhagic shock, sepsis, and post-surgical patients
• Manage advanced procedures such as ICP monitoring, external ventricular drain management, and CRRT
• Administer medications, including vasopressors, and titrate as needed
• Operate and monitor mechanical ventilation, BiPAP, CPAP, and heated high-flow systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document care and patient responses accurately in EPIC electronic health records
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• 2+ years of ICU experience
• Experience with EPIC EHR system
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

• Oncology care experience
• Experience with advanced critical care procedures
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating schedules
