We are offering a $3,000 sign on bonus! Who we are looking for: Are you the Licensed Practical Nurse we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others while working with a dynamic team of nurses by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!

Berkshire Meadows offers multiple services and programs for individuals with complex and significant medical, intellectual and developmental differences. Programs include a 365-day-a-year residential school for students between the ages of 6 and 21, residential and day habilitation programs for adults, and 24/7 nursing and medical services. Berkshire Meadows operates both in community settings and at a beautiful campus with state-of-the-art equipment and therapy animals, as well as a fully accessible indoor pool.

Salary: $30.00/hr plus shift differentials

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated. Sign-on Bonus: We are offering a $3,000 sign on bonus ($1,000 paid at time of hire, $1,000 paid after 3 months of employment and another $1,000 paid after 6 months).

• YOU can follow all procedures related to authorization, monitoring, physician's orders, observation, and documentation.
• YOU can provide therapeutic interventions to assist students in attaining the goals and objectives on their Individualized Action Plans.
• YOU can develop medical/nursing goals and objectives to meet student's health needs.
• YOU can implement nursing and medical objectives.
• YOU can arrange for medical consultations, appointments, and labs.

Requirements:

• Massachusetts LPN license.
