As a Care Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and supervising our Caregivers, ensuring the highest level of care for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set and advance your career in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

Interview and conduct new hire onboarding for Caregivers
Provide ongoing training and support to Caregivers
Schedule staffing and manage caregiver availability
Conduct phone calls to clients and Caregivers, as well as answer incoming calls
Perform supervisory visits as needed
Cover shifts as needed
Assist with skills training classes for new hires
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

2 years of minimum experience as a CNA or HHA
Open availability is a must for this role
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
