Facilities Technician

Job TitleThis position is responsible for maintaining Club building operations as directed and to provide the highest level of service to the members. We ask questions to truly understand the core of a matter.Pete's Promise:Service Forward Ruthlessly Consistent Do the Right ThingNothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.Primary Job FunctionsLearn and apply the company's standard operating procedures.Preventive maintenance responsibility of the building such as pool vacuuming and testing / adjusting pool water chemicals, plumbing, light electrical and painting.Restock supplies, replenish inventory and products.Maintain a clean, safe work environment.Greet members and guests throughout the property.Understand and anticipate the needs of the property.Be attentive and listen carefully to the member's and follow through.Follow up as required and communicate in a timely manner.Be an active participant in events, programs, meetings and training.Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response.Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings.Minimum QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary job function satisfactorily.
