Job Description

• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and budgets, addressing any issues as they arise.
• Prepare and update project documentation, including schedules and reports.
• Support compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all sites.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the project management team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

• A strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle complex projects effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
