Operations Support Services Associate PINE Advisor Solutions is seeking an Associate to join our Operations Support Services team. This individual will support PINE's clients with their meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. As a critical member of the Operations team, you will be responsible for providing operational support services to PINE's clients, primarily focusing on hedge funds, exchange-traded products (ETPs), and asset managers. Your daily tasks will include managing trade operations, overseeing reporting procedures, conducting portfolio rebalancing, executing foreign exchange hedging activities, and ensuring accurate cash and position reconciliations. Responsibilities include nurturing multiple client relationships, conducting daily cash and position reconciliations for various hedge funds and asset managers, spearheading the research and resolution of trade breaks for hedge funds and asset managers, providing comprehensive ETF/ETP operational support, monitoring portfolios against target allocations and allocating trades across multiple funds, maintaining communication channels with portfolio managers, traders, and other key stakeholders, and compiling 13F filings and submitting them to EDGAR on behalf of clients. Qualifications include excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, previous asset management or pooled vehicle experience, demonstrated ability to identify risks and control gaps in processes and successfully delivering process improvement, passion for delivering exceptional client experience, strong organizational skills with attention to deadlines, proficiency in the use of MS Office: exceptional skills with Excel are essential, team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, required SIE certification within the first 3 months of hire, and required Series 7 certification within the first 6 months of hire. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, working from our Denver office 2 days/week with up to 5 days possible during initial 90-day training period. Standard hours for the Operations Support Services team are 7:00am – 3:00pm MT. Salary: $55,000 - $70,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonus compensation.
