Captain Cookie is hiring a General Manager to lead the cookie crew in our two DC sites. If you are a joyful leader who has managed a busy single-site operation in a boots-on-the-ground capacity and feel ready to manage two sites or have managed multiple sites before, we look forward to seeing your resume and cover letter when you apply.

This position is almost entirely worked in-person. We try to keep administrative/computer work to a minimum for this management position in order to allow you to work side-by-side with your team - we find this is the best form of leadership for our crewmembers.

All locations are alcohol free workspaces.

Compensation $60K - 70K depending on experience and education. Any time you are behind the counter, which is likely approximately 24 hours/week, you earn tips, which are quite good.

We envision three years minimum in customer service management. Experience in the food industry is attractive but not essential. College degree is attractive but not essential. Professional capabilities: strong in-person and communication skills; interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to foster relationships on the crew and among our clients and customers, bandwidth to dig in and manage, both operationally and interpersonally.

Technology competency: Google Workspace applications such as Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Meet, Keep, Docs and Sheets.
