Job Title: Property Director of Sales Job Summary: The Hotel Director of Sales is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and exceptional leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
