What You Will Do Serve as the module center support for the Q&PE NDT organization by working with internal business units, suppliers, and partners. Perform NDT audits and certifications, provide technical guidance, oversee inspection systems, and drive process improvements. Develop and continuously improve NDT systems, with proficiencies in Etch, FPI, ECI and X‑ray (film, digital, and computer radiography). Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience. Currently hold a Level 2 or Level 3 NDT certification. Qualifications We Prefer Experience with training, personnel testing, and auditing NDT systems. Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing operations. Experience with root‑cause analysis and process‑control tools. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office suite. Compensation & Benefits Salaries range from $107,500 to $204,500 USD, depending on experience, location, and other factors.
