We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, onsite school-based position in Ridgeway, Alaska serving the Central/Eastern Peninsula area. This is an excellent opportunity for both local providers and travel occupational therapists looking for a rewarding role in a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities
•Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school setting
•Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
•Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
•Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
•Support student development in fine motor skills, sensory integration, and functional independence
•Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
Qualifications
•Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Alaska (or ability to obtain)
•Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
•Previous school-based OT experience preferred (not required)
•Strong communication and collaboration skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Position Details
•Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
•Onsite only (in-person services required)
•Covers the Central/Eastern Peninsula region
•School-year contract with consistent weekly hours
•Open to travel OTs (relocation or traveler-friendly opportunity)
