Key Responsibilities This role is all about acquiring new households. That means no service work. Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities. Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals. Track activity and report progress toward established objectives. Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures. Qualifications High energy and strong work ethic Results-driven Coachable Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers. Previous State Farm sales experience is preferred.
