Family Services Specialist: Support Families at Home
Addus HomeCare
Addus HomeCare is seeking a Family Service Specialist to assist families in crisis through DCFS programs. The role includes home visits, teaching homemaking and parenting skills, and facilitating supervised visitation with thorough documentation. You will work with families to prevent deinstitutionalization, arrange housing and supports, and participate in required trainings.
