Buyer Planner Job ID: 149011 Job Location: In-Person, $30-$35/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday Our client is a leading provider of manufacturing and service solutions for industrial equipment and transportation systems. They are seeking a Buyer Planner to join their team. Your day-to-day as a Buyer Planner: Evaluate material requirements planning (MRP) to generate purchase orders and manage supply signals. Maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely order acknowledgments and on-time shipments. Collaborate with production teams to address shortages and develop recovery plans. Optimize inventory levels by reducing excess stock and conducting periodic inventory counts. Your skills and experience: Experience in procurement or sourcing within a manufacturing environment. Strong negotiation and supplier management abilities. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
